BORN FROM A NEED
LFI is the result of the need for a proven strategy to help businesses listen to their customers, manage important data, and deliver tangible results.
In 2015, Jack East founded East Consulting to share his knowledge and experience in leisure industry enterprise creation and growth, and to help businesses improve their delivery of customer experience. Responding to demand, in 2018 the consulting business was transformed to Leisure Fit Insights to be able to better serve a wider range of industries with a more comprehensive set of services.

Jack East is the managing director of Leisure Fit Insights. He oversees all organisational capabilities in Asia Pacific and coordinates the organisation’s USA growth plans.
He has more than 12 years of management consulting experience.
Jack has extensive experience across multiple markets, working with both SMB and large multinational organisations. He holds deep expertise in strategy, customer experience, and organisational and experience design.
